The Devil knows Your Taste! Don't allow the things of this world to take you to hell. Please let's all not be deceived, the Devil also gives. He will even give us things we prayed for in exchange of our soul. If you're not careful with the spirit of discernment, you will fall right into his trap. Singles praying for a husband/wife be silent in your prayer to hear the voice of the Lord. Our father in heaven speaks to us all the time but we can be hard headed at times to ignore him or the signs he show us. Trust me, I been there. I ignored the signs but I was quick to not fall into the Devil's trap. Ephesians 6:11 "Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the schemes of the devil". The Devil is always prowling around in search of his new victim to devour. As Christians we need to follow the example set by Jesus, and shut the door on any traps or attempts to ensnare us by the Devil and his demons.
The devil wants you to believe he has power over you. He has no power other than what you give him. He comes in with lies and suggestions. If you choose to listen and act upon them, he gains power over you. The fact is, God has given you power over him! Luke 10:19 says “Behold, I give you the authority… over all the power of the enemy, and nothing shall by any means hurt you“. This is the last thing he wants you to know. He would love for you to think that he is all-powerful and can do anything he chooses against you. Remember Job. God had to allow Satan to touch him. If Satan could even touch you without God’s permission, he would instantly destroy you. (John 10:10) “The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and toThe Devil always checks your understanding of truth (God’s word) to see how much deception will be necessary to defeat you. When he told his first lie to mankind in the garden of Eden he started out by asking, “Has God truly said, ‘You shall not eat of every tree of the garden’?” We must know truth in order to defeat him and to protect ourselves. “And you shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.” (John 8:32) destroy“.
We typically get defensive when others bash on us, and he knows this.He will try to make you unsatisfied with where you’re at, so that you won’t care about where you’re going. When we spend our time being ungrateful with where God has brought us from, we lose the power of our testimony. Why is our testimony so important? And why does he want to take the power of it away from us? (Revelation 12:11) And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony. Our testimony defeats him every time!PLEASE BE CAREFUL AND WATCHFUL OF THE DEVIL.
In bringing this warning, the Bible refers to the most precious message in all of the world. It is the message which brings the hope of eternal life and it is called “The Gospel.” The Gospel, which means “the good news,” is the truth concerning the death, the burial, the resurrection of Jesus Christ and what that event can bring to our lives. The meaning of the Gospel is exactly explained by the Apostle Paul when he said, “I declare to you the Gospel which I preached to you, which also you have received, and wherein you stand; By which also you are saved, if you keep in memory what I preached to you, unless you have believed in vain. For I delivered to you first of all that which I also received, how that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures; And that He was buried, and that He rose again the third day according to the scriptures” (1 Corinthians 15:1-4).
